Use clear equipment descriptions when entering a supported check. Carry out the check using your business’s established process, record what you actually observed, and add relevant notes where available. The app does not replace maintenance, specialist advice or any required inspection.
Act on problems outside the record
Saving an entry is the record-keeping step. If a check identifies a problem, follow your business’s safety procedures and obtain appropriate help where needed. Use available notes to record relevant follow-up so the entry provides useful context when reviewed.
Protect your account on shared devices
Use your authorised account to access your shop’s records and keep login details private. Sign out when you finish on a shared device. If a staff account cannot access the right business, contact the account holder rather than sharing credentials or working in an unrelated shop’s records.
